IIRC you could download chromosome approaching the end of downtime. Who's to know though. I would be inclined to think afterwards as well. Downtime begins in 25 hours and ends in 32. |

I'd imagine that if you already have Dust installed that it'd just update your existing install. Might take a while, though, depending on your connection. |

It should just be one download since Uprising is, at it's base, a patch and not a separate thing. |
