Weren't similar accusations being thrown at Hellstorm a few months ago when they refused to CB, unless the opponent was "honorable?" I understand there is a need to create hype, but don't accuse a corp of something you have already done. |

Choosing to prepare for PC is not being scared. What is the point in playing 8v8 right now unless you're training? Real battles are going to be 16v16 come tomorrow.
Why would they be afraid of Hellstorm when they have fought everyone else? STB was one of, if not, the first corp(s) putting up some real ISK contracts back in closed beta.
Just chill though...we all like a little drama but it is better if there is a portion of truth to it. |

Yes, seems like everyone loves to quote things that have been said in the past. As Hellstorm grew as a corporation, so did the ideologies we had to envelop ourselves in. Seeing how such things were deferring interactions between our corp and others, something had to be changed.
We proceeded to bring up a discussion on our website, allowing all of our members to give their insight on varying topics. Once the discussion was over, we had derived enough ideas to post a polling system for varying ideas of topics. In doing so, you have seen Hellstorm partake in corp battles now.
The 200 Million ISK was therefore placed to show that we meant business. We even placed the money EVE side to show the DUST community, again, that we meant business. There is a lot of Dust integrated corps in this game. By Hellstorm and PFBHz taking each other on, not only on one aspect of the game, but on two similar degrees (Dust and EVE); both corps were allowed to show the Dust community exactly who we are.
ISK is only precious to those that can't support suits to their game-play; lose a lot of expensive suits, then ISK becomes more valuable to you. Although K/D isn't always a determining factor of the skill level of players; it does help to determine who is financially stable. When Hellstorm took on PFBHz the second time, it was put up or shut up time. So we backed everything we said and lost. Even though we lost, if you do notice; we did have PFBHz in a clone count which could pose a threat for a lot of corporations coming to P/C. |

They are just mad they lost the money so there calling out all the corps they can lol. By the way i have tons of respect for pink fluffs and have epic ambush matchs n skrimish matches. Well for hellstorm not so much they disrespect lots of players n send tons of hate mail lose or win soo. How is it hiding behind PC when you can go ahead and fight them, use half of the 200 mil for a set of clones, and go fight them.
Considering all the **** they took, topping the corps in PC (you know when showing up for region top 5) they must have had some isk saved up to do that, give it by winning they got more isk.
We are waiting for the demise.......
You know that with PC being out, no one can no longer say "when PC comes out so-and so will happen" because it is already out, and what will happen, is happening. |
