So why not just say no to what I have put out there? It's not the changes it the lack dev feedback and lack of Q&A one expl is why not have the ppl playing the game vote just like Thay did wth the sp cap than add a small fix to take care of small problems that come up. as for this coming update somethings are good but some I wish Thay say hey were doing this how do you guys feel abut this is that alot to ask for top of the line pc mmo ?

Are you joking? CCP is one of the most interactive game developers I've ever come across. I'd love to see how your suggestions are received at somewhere like Activision. So what, you're complaining that they don't run every decision by you? This is not your game, so lose the sense of self entitlement. Consider this for a moment: CCP have a vision of where this game will go and how the game mechanics will integrate. Shocking, right? To reach this end, they will communicate with the player base (currently BETA TESTERS) to glean feedback and suggestions for improvement. Not all of these suggestions will be taken on board, but ones which work toward the aforementioned future vision will be considered, but not guaranteed (I thought this would be common sense?). Hold a vote? This is not a democracy. CCP have invested the money in to this game, therefore business decisions are theirs to make. Obviously these are intended to progress the game and not take it backwards, which highlights the importance for good community feedback, however at least in this situation, you are making demands like you have a right to affect the way this game unfolds. You have only the right to make suggestions to be implemented at the discretion of the developer, not to demand it. If you start thinking with the mindset that you're privileged to be included as a part of the development process and not with that of a spoilt child, you will find this whole process a lot less stressful. Be constructive, not inflammatory and unhelpful. Organising a strike does not help anyone. CCP have read these forum posts and have told you to STFU. Does it need to be made any more clear?

Periods and commas, and even iOS devices have that auto period feature for the truly illiterate. On to what you're demanding the players do for you: You claim CCP cares very little about the community, yet you provide no real explanation as to how. This would be a baseless claim and anyone who values anyone else's opinion would just laugh at you because your argument is so weak. You then suggest that the entire DUST 514 community refuse to play the game the day the new highly anticipated and long awaited build is release, to appease your sense of justice in being slighted because _________. Don't bother to fill that blank in, its just to again illustrate you inability to actually provide a reason for this "protest". In your post you seem to have a problem with CCP taking the "nerf bat" to things without talking to the community. That seems very convoluted as, they have an actual forum for feedback and nerfs on certain items have been called for time and time again. They also can figure out, given that CCP tends to hire intelligent people, if a items is working as the Game Designers intended or if it needs to be adjusted with a patch. In conclusion, this thread is truly not asking for anything short of "You broke my win button, I'm going to cry and shitpost until you bring it back." which illustrates the mentality of some of the people CCP has to work with and for. Thankfully thus far no one on the CPM seems to share your same entitlement issues in regards to petty problems.

Everybody has been anticipating the new update, has high and low hopes for some. Maybe if there's enough rage on the forums on the day of the update with how stuff is imbalanced etc. then maybe we can discuss a future date, as a kind of 'Dust black-out' day. It would for sure give them a shrug or something more rather, but honestly; us players can't dive into the marketing/business aspect that CCP is upholding with this game unfortunately.

While I can see the omission of the marauder tank in this build makes your name quite unfortunate, I am not saying anything personal to you. It's just a shame to see the community fall apart over trivial things. I like being entertained when i come here as much as the next duster, but when the posts get to the point GMs and Devs are hindered, it starts to become an assh o le fest. Threatening, crying, making over duplicated to the nth degree posts, etc accomplishes nothing. We are their beta testers. be patient. reach out to the devs. be somebody they WANT to talk to, not someone they roll their eyes at (and some seriously deserve nothing less. and certainly nothing more based on the way they are handling it). I'd rather say- what is the reasoning for their actions and figure that out, and then work with it. Marauders, for example, IMHO, will be back. they probably want to work out a better balance with them. or change them in a way that would harm balance now- but work well with additional vehicles/weapons/larger maps/who knows in the future. anyway, my .02 isk Idea: Any tankers think to get together, sift through your concerns together, put together a succinct soliloquy about the umbrage you take with the path things that affect your fun in the game are going, and offer intelligent well thought out fair suggestions to the devs via an email they can sit down with and digest? I don't think the current approach you guys are taking is working. If anything, you are delaying compromises that could be worked out.
