CCP have applied hotfixes several times. During this open beta a crucial orbital strike hotfix was made, grenade hotfix was made, major black screen time after respawning got hotfixed, this lead to people spawning without guns and this also got hotfixed.
CCP are actually reading through these forums actually replying to stuff. I've seen more GM's and devs answers on this forum than i've seen answers from bloddy ubisoft forum MANAGERS on ubisoft forums.
We even have a CPM who definitely reads all this and they are probably getting the frying pans out to bang CCP in the about tanks and how the community feels they are.

Fact is during beta is CCP tweaked turret dmg, tank EHP, weapon ranges etc etc Then SS Maurader Shield control small turret op Large turret op etc etc etc would all screw with the balance on the high end or low end. Now with most of these passive gone and instead the skill progession simply acting as unlock conditions the devs can tweak the numbers server side daily if they wanted and will be able to so without utterly destroying the game. They also dont have to factor how many ppl are at level x level vs y of a skill and how that will effect the change to base stat. Additionally CCP can more accurately gather data now on a weapon change and know truly that the effect is the result of the base stat and not any passive skills (in statistics this is known as eliminating a confounding variable) so now CCP can actually gather meaningful data on weapon suit vehcile trends and change them accordingly. Ive offered what CCP should also do in these cases here https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=738693#post738693 So you see if you go into heavies and convince CCP that it needs to change and they do, well you get any SP back in that category to decide if you want to spend it there again. So yea why don't we just HTFU a little bit.

They're utter inability to listen to the community and to overlisten to carebears killed AC MP and Farcry. Oh and their CEO called 95% of PC players thieves that pirate all content to justify transitioning ubisoft to an eventual all microtranscation and F2P model. Yea CCP>Ubisoft by leaps and bounds(not that that is saying much ). Such is the case of all major publishers/devs that have companies publically traded on the markets.
