It's supposed to be a unique item, right?
I'm thinking it's an equipment-slot item, a taco. You can use it in battle. It makes your merc stop, pull out the taco, and eat it. It confers no benefits besides great flavor and satisfaction, but it has a unique eating animation. You can't stop eating the taco once you start. If you die while eating a taco, then the taco is listed as your killer. |

Why would anyone put there mind inside a pizza? And what does that have to do with rolls?
Is it like a ball made out of a pizza shell with brain filling? Considering how big pizzas can be they must be extremely awkward to actually eat.
