Can you fit vehicles without a turret now??? IE can I not put secondary turrets on my HAV and still beable to drive it? |

With 2 turrets, you will be probably able to fit a small shield booster. Have you seen the new pg and cpu of tanks? |

I saw the "enforcer" pg and cpu, I'm not sure if they tweaked the standard tanks |

HAVs have three people in it, so I guess since CCP wants everyone in a vehicle to be doing stuff, that's not gonna happen.
Yes, the guy riding shotgun in an LAV will be able to shoot their weapons soon (according to a keynote) |

Not the point of my post man, I want to not fit a secondary turret so the mongoloid bluedot doesn't hop in my tank and spam R1, along with not wasting isk on secondary turrets that are worthless. |
