So the game just got interesting when I fitted the new Hunter Scout dropsuit through the market place. I've been wondering why my character is so sluggish. CCp should provide certain suits so players can allocate their skills appropriately instead of just throwing them into the wind. Benchmark to work towards because right now I just see a shitload of modules. If I cna't use the mods currently why would I put skill poitns for an item I have no clue how good/bad the item is.....
ANyowho, fix the stamina / agility meter thing to a different color.
Be nice if people didn't take 16 clips to die.
Crosshairs on the sniper rifle and the hit box is extremely small especially for htose with huge tv's.
graphics could use a Dust up.

Did you not realize you can test out militia gear without any skills? Check out the militia tab in the market and elthank me later. |

Well, Militia gear is cheaper, but inferior to variants that require skills. If you want to be an effective Anti-Vehicle soldier, you're going to have to commit and spend your hard-earned SP on the appropriate skills. |

Hi, welcome to the Dust 514 forums!
As you can tell we are all grouchy curmudgeons here. Including myself. I might be the next one to tell you where to shove it. Especially if you just turn out to be a forum troll who has been around and is just jumping in with a new alt account to write up some of the complaints we have heard a lot of around here. That has happened a few times and we are suspicious of new faces.
The other thing you might find, some of these folks have been in the beta for over a year and get a little cranky when a person writes down something the beta testers have heard a few times before. And by a few I mean a lot.
Best thing to do, don't worry about your KDR. Do not worry about buying anything, or trying to figure out all the skills and gear. It is all going to change. Don't worry about the forums. We are all going to be in your shoes this time next week.
Best thing to do is save, save, save. Save ISK, your space money. To do that always go to the Militia section of the market and try out everything they have there. It is cheap and you can use all of it.
And try to get as much SP as you can. It will give you a head start for May 14th when the game is officially launched. Don't worry about how you spend SP because you will get it back. But one time only, on May 6th.
Next week, we get a new game. Play that for a week or two. See how it goes. And good luck! |
