Plasma launcher is AV.
Also, don't underestimate pistols, that damn scrambler pistol scares me more than a HMG if its in the hands of a good player.
The Flaylock does 200+ damage to armor.
That's splash damage.

You don't lose speed for adding buffer, you regenerate faster, and you can get the same buffer size as armor tankers, and you have an easier time fitting stuff because CPU/PG upgrades are low slots. |

Scrambler rifles do increased damage to sheilding. Also i've heard that plasma launchers aren't that great AV wise but is pretty good against infantry. |
