With May 6th marking the reset, there is still the question of corporations. If the skills are reset, that would also mean the "corporation control" skill would also be reset meaning the CEO can't be CEO anymore, causing the corporation to have no CEO whatsoever. This may lead to an end of the corporation in question. now this may not be a problem for a small corp such as my own where I can personally mail each of my members without much hassle. On the other hand, this will be a very large problem for the enormous corps of 500+.
My proposed solution is to leave all skills under "corporation" untouched in the new update.
I would like to hear what you other CEO's have to say about this issue and what you think should be done about it.
A Dev response would also be much appreciated. |

Skills are not being reset. Who told you this nonsense. Your getting back all your skill points, you keep everything you spec'ed into and getting all the skills you have in total back... |

You do not need the corp skills to be a CEO, just to create the corp. I have done tests on this, in fact I still have one corp with an alt with zero corp skills as ceo with the old ceo in as just a member. And not to be rude or anything, this was talked about a few weeks ago, try searching the forums and you can get the info.
Edit: Although you do not need corp skills to actually run a corp, you would need to have the appropriate level to actually be able to recruit members. |

This is interesting I have always wondered how this stuff work. If I get it right, you can appoint another CEO without any need for that character to have the appropriate corp skills? The only limitation being that the corp cannot accept more members?
(and skills were reset. Not the skill points though) |

Well, why not revive a thread that have a purpose, rather than creating a new one? It has evolved, and questions remain unanswered. If old thread really were that bad, then you think they would be auto-deleted after 2-3 months.
One guy says no corp management skills is required to be appointed, another says level 2... which is it? |
