CCP, can you please make the Heavy Dropsuits the walking tanks they are supposed to be? I don't think it would be too overpowered to give them an increased base hitpoints for Armor. I'm thinking 1000 for STD, 1500 for ADV and 2000 for PRO.
As an offset, reduce their speed by 25% and make them AV targetable (though with increased resists to AV damage). |

Heavies need a HP buff, but that's WAY too high. They would be unkillable. |

1200-1500 should be max you can get on a dropsuit ever, most vehicles only reach a couple thousand with tanks near 3-4k (don't play them that much). A Heavy with 2k HP would be a nightmare to kill. |

Which they should be, though I think you both missed them being AV targetable.

I hope you know that it will take a full magazine without missing to kill one of those with a officer PR, right? That makes absolutely no sense. the PROTO suits should have 1k HP without armor mods. Any more, and it's OP as a dropsuit. Those values sound about right for MTAC's, but dropsuits? no.

Doesn't it state in the description for Heavies that they can "withstand concentrated small arms fire" as well as being "able to go toe-to-toe with vehicles"? Why should anyone be able to 1v1 a Heavy? Simply put, they shouldn't, it should take a squads support to take one down. Though in order to offset the ridiculous amount of health, they should be damn near immobile (even slower than now, going full mobility spec should make them as fast as they are unbuffed now) as well as susceptible to weaponry designed to kill vehicles.
They should be able to smack the **** out of (and stand up to damn near) anything though require the support of their squad for extended lifespan. |

1: Call in LAV's for whole team
2: Everyone uses heavies
3: Nobodies dies on team, team wins on clones far before either team's MCC goes down on shields.
See? Found a way to break the game. All you would see is Heavies and vehicles. No.

Hard counter, entire opposing team spawns in AV fits and OMGWTFPWNBBQ's the Heavy team. |

You force a entire team to either change fits or die? I'd rather just stop playing. NO |

So what you're saying is that you don't like hard counters? |

Remember that sharpshooter and damage increasing skills are being reduced or eliminated, plus price adjustments for suits and gear; once the 6th arrives, heavies may very well take concentrated fire and be cheaper to bootn |

Heavies should be high in HP, but not that high. Proto should be 1500-1700, and maybe include an armor hardening active power mode. No one should be able to easily solo a heavy, unless its a shotgun from behind. |

This. Also, even as they are, they need a major turn/pan speed reduction. |
