Yesterday, I joined a skirm board. I spawned to home area in a 500 aur suit! Called in a million dollar ship and poof, I was booted from the board! My suit and ship was gone! I am SO sick of this crap! I'm ready to delete this from my PS3! This is not the first time this has happened! I have spent over $200 on this game! I need to know if CCP is EVER planning to do an AUR refund at official release as the old merc packs stated? Why should I have to keep spending money for these glitches? CCP needs to make it so if your disconnected, you get the gear back! I'm not putting another $ in this game! For the record, I have the highest internet speed in the country! I was NOT disconnected from the server, just the board! |

Also that glitch cost you a grand total of 25 cents, I think you can live with that loss. Failing that, I'll mail you a quarter if it'll ease your butthurt.
EDIT: High internet speed does not prevent brief disconnects - although it can do a nice job of masking them, depending on the circumstances.
EDIT 2: Unless you're lying about having the fastest internet in the country - you just told everyone where you live (Google Fibre, only in Kansas City) |

The Devs will not respond to this particular plea. Sorry, they just don't.
If you lost AUR items through some problem with the game or the network interface then you should contact:
[email protected]
This is actual customer support so please be polite and don't call them Tards or anything else more colorful. They might be able to help. There have been several on the Forums that have gotten assistance that way. I have no idea whether it will work for you but not asking makes certain they won't be able to.
Also be specific in what happened. Write it like it was a bug report with every single thing you can recall about the experience. This will allow CS to pass it on to the Devs if it is indicative of a larger problem than a one off glitch that bit you.
The Devs get involved when there is a game wide problem like when we had a bug with how Passive SP and its Booster worked. They solved that, after some delay, by some work on the server side that restored the missing SP. It was not instantaneous.

I would not be surprised if they do a reset on the AUR you spent on items suits and what not but i do not think they will refund AUR spent on SP Boasters |
