Im surfing the web, and as im reading all the buzz about "May 14, DUST 514 Final". There are too many, "Omg guys, are you gonna add trophies? I really hope they add trophies... i cant wait for the trophies."
May 14th will be a glorious day. Screw the new content, if CCP wants the game to not die its first few days of final, they better put a 2 week lock on anyone with over 5mil SP. Because i will make it a point to make sure the newcomers get 0 enjoyment out of this game. |

I am more worry for the reviews, I can see the IGN and Gamespot reviews already, and is not going to be that great.
I believe this is the first F2P game with Trophies. DC Universe Online is F2P but you have to pay for extra content and you can get Trophies. |

I try and collect trophies, but only for games I care about. So far I've only platinumed Demon and Dark Souls. I wouldn't play a game just to unlock trophies though, that's just stupid. |

If i took every review seriously, i wouldve missed on some of my favorite games.

The original EVE review was god awful.
And to be fair, the original game was god awful.
Personally I think its a bad business practice to review MMO's. It reflects nothing and does more harm than good. |

Its not that i hate them wanting trophies. I would much rather see comments on all the new content and how much better the game will be, not people contemplating whether to DL this free game just because of Trophies. |

Why the heck would any serious gamer want trophies in DUST? All it would do probably is force players to make certain choices they don't want to so they can get the platinum trophy.
If Sony is going to add trophies, I will show them a big middle finger. |

Couldn't have put it better myself. Trophies will only make players attempt things in-game that may hinder the outcome of your team's efforts.
If they add trophies, it better all be related to REAL teamwork. |

The only time i would ever care about trophies is if they were actually made of copper, silver and gold and sent to my house so i could weigh them in.
Or if working towards trophies consisted of receiving some special pink foot wear for my heavy when i obtain it..... a monical and pipe for your heavy anyone?
seriously though i don't like the idea of trophies. |
