I do recall one of the CPM members, I think maybe Iron Wolf, remarking that they had to "relearn how to play the game"
Meaning that there is definetely substantial changes. |

yeh this happens every build the gameplay take a huge shift, for example last build i was a god, this build i suuccckkeeedd hard :P :P
however next build i just fly around in a dropship so yay :P |

I had pretty low expectations of uprising, but I've not nothing but good things to say. Once fanfest is over... I've got some goodies for you. :) |

lav now has l2 and r2 for brake and accelerate so easier to control |

Well everyone at fanfest was playing offline. Remove the horrible ass netcode from the equation and of course it feels like a totally new game. |

Agreed Himiko. The dedicated network removes a big variable from the equation.
But I'm thinking our beta vets would still pick up on things like aiming, movement over sticky terrain, getting trapped in the mesh, the reset bug, the reload animation, etc. pretty quick regardless.
From what Iron Wolf Sabre is reported to have said and what Nova Knife said above I'm guessing we have a new controller response curve. Who knows, maybe it's even a good curve ;) |
