Great, so I have to skill up in Amarr heavy, and then re-spend the points to get back up to the same lvl for when Caldari Heavies are introduced LATER!?! WTF!?! |

I have to ask if any of you have actually played Eve? And I don't mean "I played the trial" or "I'm a high sec carebear" I mean experienced most if not all of the areas CCP has to offer. As a player that has played Eve for 5+ years, I have seen multiple graphics updates, multiple roll out quick fixes that far outstrip their peer companies. CCP is actually fairly spot on in their features, yes, they are buggy some times. But compare the company of today to the company of 1-2 years ago and it might as well be a completely different one.
To you guys complaining that CCP only ever releases half baked features, I must question whether or not you truly have the mental capacity of a normal functioning adult. Not only are they offering free expansions for 2 games now, but the second game you don't have to pay a cent for. And they have said they will STILL be releasing periodic upgrades. When's the last time COD, BF, WOW, EQ or any other mainstream game got extra content that was A. Free, and B. Actually impacted the game in a significant way. Simple answer here, THEY DON'T. All of you CCP nay sayers really need to look into what exactly CCP provides when compared to other gaming companies, have any of the other shooters out there received graphical updates on their release? None that I know of.
Give CCP a chance, they actually do give a **** most of the time. And they are a really solid company, that actually steps back and apologizes to the player base saying "Hey we ****** that up, we're going to make it up to you, what would you like to see happen" Find me a game that the players have as much of a say so in the development as Eve, and once the CPM starts rolling, DUST.
