I skilled into Scrambler Pistols a couple weeks ago and used some of my Wolfman PCP's. I started out with 50, now I have 34 left. They are a very strong weapon as long as you know how to aim with it effectively. |

No damage mods don't have stacking penalties. They used to, which is why they say there is a stacking penalty in their description. But they haven't had penalties for a while now and CCP said they aren't going to add penalties to them because they are working as intended. |

CCP have stated that yes they DO have stacking penalties, but they aren't being displayed correctly on the fitting screen. It's been posted several times during Chromosome with dev confirmation, including at least one post on the forums confirming it as well as several people providing IRC transcripts. What's your source?
My source was from a while ago on a forum post that a Dev responded to. But I may have miss interpreted it. But I will say the Wolfman PCP was doing crazy damage where it had to be doing around 134 damage to kill people in 2-3 shots or 4-5 depending if it was a heavy or not.
