I've heard some time ago when Dust was comming out that it is possible to create character in system, and he will accumulate passsive skillpoints before I'll enter game with it. The question is if it works atm? I'm going to buy console at some point during vacation, and I wonder if this guy will supprise me with small amount of skillpoints ready to spend. I've already redeemed quafe dropsuits for him, but didn't actually manage to log him into game yet. |

You have to set the passive skill points to a character, not sure if you need to login in to do that or not though.

So, you created a character online via this website but haven't accessed him in-game using a PS3 account....? Seems like a good question.
Where did you get these quafe dropsuits and where can I get some?  |

Eve promotion - HD livestream of fanfest. You can get pirate noobship, quafe 2 shirts for eve character, and quafe dropsuits, I'm not sure if it is still possible to get hands on one now. Price - one plex, when it started you could actually make money on that, buy codes, then sell faction ships and t-shirts for total around 550-700m, some dropsuits left in effect:) |

Yes you will start to gain passive SP immediately after creating character via web page I'v created mine this way. Downloaded DUST 514 client two weeks after this and when logged i'v discovered i had some unallocated SP. Not much, ca. 300.000...
