Ok, so since not all races have all suit types in uprising, there are no racial benefits yet.
Will you (CCP) be releasing a list of official planned racial benefits for each suit before uprising, so we know what we are getting ourselves into? otherwise, whats the point of giving us our points back when we'll just be (possibly) making the same "blind" judgements we made in the first place?
Seems kinda cruel to give us these points back, only to hold back more, possibly game-altering changes down the line.
Unless you plan on making racial benefits some how not tethered to the actual racial dropsuit? (which would seem... odd, and possibly broken, maybe allowing to have every races bonus on one dropsuit?)
so many grey-areas and questions, even after the big keynote. |

Well he is right that we are not getting every race for every frame size. Although the one's we are getting do have racial bonuses.
Still it does leave the question of what happens when they do introduce the next set of racial suit's. |

Actually from what was found on SISI the Amarr heavy has a 3% reload speed per level. Woopty doo, but still a racial bonus. |

Could you please link me to the proof where they state racial bonuses are in for uprising? I'm not doubting you or calling you out, I'd just like to see this article/post/etc for myself! :) thank you! |
