We supposedly will have the full selection of medium frame dropsuits (assaults, logistics), all the assaults and logistics for each race will be there in Uprising. They only showed the medium frame suits for the races we didn't already have one; the caldari have an assault but they didn't show a Caldari logistics, and the Minmatar have a logistics but they didn't show a Minmatar assault. This is likely because the logistics and assaults will use the same model for that race, so they didn't bother showing a Minmatar assault since we already seen what it looks like (like the Minmatar logi), same with an Caldari logistics (will look like Caldari logi).
At least we got a new Minmatar scout model 
All models will be the same for each dropsuit of the same size and race. |

I think there are only light, medium and large frame suits. What fit you put on it, is up to you. All 4 races have a medium frame.... 2 for light and 2 for heavy. |

yeah they seem to be taking logis out of the game , at least that's how t came across to me, instead only having there classes of suits, instead of the originality intended 6 classes.
Plus less work for the artists I guess |

For now they are all the same model. That can change in the future.

Logi is bright yellow on all logi related classes including vehicles.
The proto logos looks like hornets or bees with more black than yellow. |

Im not going to believe anything until they release Uprising and i see for myself what is offered. Its Fanfest, they dont have to relinquish everything they have planned, which im almost certian they havent. That would be lame because all people would have to do is take pics with their phone and boom,.... uprising is no longer a surprise. |

Correct we had a demo build at the fan fest, its a nice preview people at fan fest can try out. |

Which is a pity. As a miniie FW EVE player I was really looking forward to the Minnie Assault :(
They also talked about how colour schemes will be used to tell roles apart. |

So there wont be say a caldari assault and caldari logi variant of the same suit? It would seem then that the one suit which can be used for either would have to have the slots and PG/CPU of a logi and armour/shields and mobility of an assault suit. Or would it be more like Caldari medium type I = assault, Caldari type II = logi so they are still the same suit and need the same skills but have different roles.
Sorry if that makes no sense I am totally lost off here. |
