it has to do with tv refresh rates. things start to look odd on FPSs not in the 30 multiples
at least that is why insomniac said they would either do 30 or 60 fps, but never 45 |

Trust me you don't want that. While it looks good on paper, once you see it it's horrible. There's this game, God mode, locked at 40 fps, and it takes a while to get used to, just not worth it. |
