Just out of curiousity, would the community of tankers be interested in an all tank-tourny?
What I have in mind would be you can have as many tanks as you want on a team, with the exception of one dismount to hack objectives.
The prize would be what every tanker desires more than anything else: the title of "The Best." |

just like kains chromosone tourney timing atm is terrible to do this.
When arenas are added we can HOPEFULLY do this with ease and have spectators |

I ran a 3v3 militia tank battle (all in tanks) within a CB. It was fun until a Soma tank with multiple stacked armor hardeners came into the fray where their armor would not take damage. Still, it was fun but definitely illustrated armor hardeners either need to be nerfed a bit or only allowed to have one activated at a time. I have not heard about armor hardeners being changed for the new build but hopefully something will be done to them. |

They are only invincible for 5 sec.. After that, lol.. Lots of lol. |

I think this would be an awesome tourney, but as Mavado pointed out this is bad timing, with all the corps preparing for PC. An all tank tourney would be quite expensive, especially if everyone is using 5+ tanks as you point out. Also, how are going to do the match making? Will this be only top tankers, or an actual mix, because it would be unfair if it were multiple top tankers vs. mid range tankers, unless you had a total free for all. Also, I think it should be militia tanks and mods/turrets only as this will show who really is the best tanker (but I doubt this would be impossible with all the tryhards out there). |
