I have my active and passive boosters already running for the next 1 year. How will the respect affect this? Will I get all my AURUM back or will it continue to go on? |

Respec only refunds items you have currently in your assets.
And it's not guaranteed to be a respec of all items - Officer gear is unlikely to be refunded, and they've said they're only looking to refund you for items that are being deleted or heavily affected by the new skills and changes to the skill system.
If, for example, you're heavily invested in ARs, you might get back your SPs because of Scrambler Rifles being a very similar alternative. The same might happen for Swarm Launchers and/or Forge Guns because of the Plasma Cannon. Assault and Logi suits are almost certain, since there's a full range of racial variants, and it's likely the same will happen with the Scout. Heavies, not so sure about, but I'd only expect this if you're getting your Forge Guns refunded. |

Everyone is getting all their SP back.
As for boosters, if you have them activated in sequence I would suspect they will continue to run, without interruption. |

Are you saying there is not a complete wipe?

From what I've understood is you get all your SP back, and the equipment in your inventory that changes, you get the ISK back and the equipment goes away. I could be wrong though.. |

That is my understanding as well.
SP are refunded, not wiped.
You also get an ISK/AUR refund for any items in inventory that are deleted from the game entirely.
That's it, as far as I know.
Your boosters should keep chugging along as if nothing happened. |
