Sometimes it happens. I once flopped on sneaking up on a heavy and boom! Both of us dead. I was using shotgun. |

It can happen although rare by the way server handles death I.e. even if your pulling the trigger when you die you don't shoot.
More likely one of you was lagging and the damage dealt was not applied until the other died.
Happens to me when lagging.
I've played matchs where damge from a shot or multiple shots would not apply for ~1.5 seconds. |

This happened to be exactly once months ago, it was enjoyable actually. I killed an HMG heavy with an exile AR as he killed me. |

This happens often enough to me, 100% of the time it's against shotgun users, and it makes me rage every time. It's bad enough shotguns are OP damage, but they also get the post-mortem lunge ability, that allows you to kill your attacker after you're already dead. Even if they have half health left. lol. |

Im glad you are aloud to kill each other at the same time in this game. I hate how other games if you die, your bullets disappear into thin air... |

I generally experience this more often in other FPS games but in my entire time of Dust i think it happen once, maybe twice. not sure if it is a good thing yet. |
