You bet your sweet kitten I am guarding the MCC 24/7 from Wednesday April 24th through Thursday May 2nd.
Will alternate between AFKing and trying to choreograph a laser display. |

I don't know whether the cap is affected. I'm assuming not because it wasn't mentioned but it's entirely possible that the announcement didn't have all the information. |

Perhaps they simply want to encourage activity throughout the week because they might do something special for Fanfest? :D

I'll definitely try to get some matches in.... man, the guys with boosters that can maximze this will really pull ahead!

I think it is to encourage more activity for that week and a bit. I have noticed a lot more battles where there have been a lot less than 16x16 players in the last week or two and I have been dropped into a lot more ongoing battles rather than starting from the warbarge.
But either way I am not missing out on triple (active) sp on a triple (active) sp cap. I wonder how this is effected by the active booster i.e. 190400 x 3 = 571200 but do we also get the 95200 x 3 = 285600 from the booster as well giving a total of 856800 sp.
Pity that we are not also getting 3x passive sp as well. But either way it means for one weeks play you get 1,108,800 sp, if you have active and passive boosters, before hitting the soft cap.
This does not include whatever you can get from the Wednesday and Thursday from the following week at the end of the event. The 1st and 2nd May. |

Yeah I was just wondering what they meant when they said "Through Thursday". Did it mean you get Wednesday, after SP restart, and Through Thursday and the event stops on the downtime on Friday.
Or did they mean you get to play between Wednesday downtime and it stops on Thrursday downtime I.e. you only get 24 hrs.
With 48 hours I have a slight chance of nearly maxing the cap but with 24 hours I would have no chance. |

Also, it doesn't (or, based on wording, shouldn't) affect passive SP.

Most likely Thursday will be playable and it will stop after Thursday's downtime |
