Hi,
I just filed a petition, and although the petition is received, I also was sent a separate email with the subject "Petition quote [sic] reached". It states:
Quote:Thank you for contacting EVE Online Customer Support.
You have now matched your daily quota for creating new email petitions.
Should you send new email petitions before some of your current petitions have been closed, they will not make their way into our petition system and you will not receive replies to them.
The limit is in place to protect us from spam and other undesired side-effects of email.
Please note that there is no limit on the number of times you can update already existing petitions.

So is there a daily limit of one petition? Or is it that older petitions of mine are still considered "open"? The emails for other petitions have a handy link, but that link asks me to log in with an EVE account. Not exactly helpful!
Is it possible I have other petitions that are open? Is there a way I can close them?

Not for these tickets, it isn't. I should have mentioned, these petitions were created by sending an email to [email protected]. If I log into the Dust 514 website using my PSN account (same email address), the tickets do not show up in there. |

There are a number of errors in the automatic responses and handling of tickets/petitions as well as forum moderator tools.
Forum moderation messages, IIRC, assume that you are play EVE and when contain things like "The post below broke X rule" without containing a post below.
The link to EVE is redundant, AFAIK the petition has been lodged with your DUST account, so long as it's from the same email.
I've received the message in the OP and proceeded to file further petitions on that day but the whole system's integration with DUST appears to be a hack at this stage. |
