Also you get a new logibuddy who's far more durable than the minmatar one!

The balance perspective is about to drop off the map. Now, we don't have -one- Assault Suit that has 4x high slots and 3x low slots we're going to have an entire ARRAY of them to deal with. Meanwhile the Minmatar Scout gets a **** bonus: +5% increase to damage from melee/nova knives. AHAHAHAHAHA - hilarious. You'd think the Minmatar Scout would get a bonus to Hacking (because they're totally not front-line fighters, despite what they'll have you belief) and the Logistics would get something else but what do I know. Scouts doing behind the lines Scout work? Scouts doing -anything- beyond running around acting like an EXPENSIVE, IMPRACTICAL yet mobile active scanner? PLEASE, that's just silly!
