Thor Odinson42 OPERATIVES OF THE GOAT 85	Posted - 2013.04.21 18:41:00 - [1] - Quote This weeks promotion is not reflected in game in the market. I use the necromancer and the NEO vk0 logi suit. Here was a chance for me to get a little bang for my buck. I first petitioned CCP on Wed. I was told it was being handled and petition was closed. Yet no change. So I petitioned again. No change. Now instead of closing it, I'm having a bit of actual discussion with the GM handling it. I'm still not aware if the person actually understands the issue. I've spent quite a bit of cash on this game. I feel like an advertised sale should be honored. The sale ends tomorrow so it appears my attempts will be unsuccessful. I wish more people would petition to try to get them to honor their sale. Promotion In Dust the items are still regular price. NEO vk.0 - 160 Necromancer - 80 ^ a few examples

It's the same with the featured fits that were apparently on 50% sale for a limited time only ... However, they're all still at their special prices, which is good for those players using them of course. The only things I have noticed that have changed price as they were advertised are the boosters ... Which is annoying, as I actuallyneed one now.

But they are still showing the sale for this week. My link sends you to the page in the forums. They do them every week. To others above....It's not that I want a refund. I want to purchase more of the items at the advertised price. Similar to other consumers who are attracted to an advertised sale price. It is a fairly common practice in free market economies.

Thanks for alerting your corp mates. Hopefully someone among them filed a petition.

You keep critiquing my posts in what boils down to a matter of semantics. I did not anticipate the need for authoring a post fit for review by a court of law. I'm not an attorney trying to convince a court to take a case. I'm on a forum where 20% of the posts involve the mention of bacon. This is a fairly simple issue. The following was taken from the section of the forums that I linked above: Featured Promotions for the week of April 16th through April 22nd 'Neo' Logistics Vk. 0 - 100 AUR: 'Cistern' K-17D Nanohive [R] - 70 AUR 'Schizm' Viziam Repair Tool - 40 AUR 'Necromancer' KIN-012 Nanite Injector - 30 AUR Passive Booster (7 Day) - 7000 AUR Some of these items are not discounted from their normal market price. Some of the items are. This is the case during most of the promotions. You commented on a thread I started in a different section of the forums about this issue. You seemed to think this was a simple typo. You even stated that this should be obvious to anyone with any common sense. I've gone back and looked at previous promotions and it is definitely debatable as to whether this is a typo or not. But if it were a simple typo then why not fix it? Why answer my petition and say they were going to correct the issue? Simply correcting text in the forums doesn't seem like a huge ordeal. Does GM Hercules (the person who answered my petition) not have CCP Eterne's email address? I've seen CCP Eterne post in many threads since the 16th. This isn't a case of some items that I should be awarded for participation in a event not making it into my possession. This is more of an issue of principle and accountability. I have spent more money on this game so far than I care to admit on these forums. This is an opportunity for a customer to save REAL money, but not being able to because of an issue. This is the 7th day of waiting for a resolution.

I've never mentioned wanting AUR back. I only want to see it acknowledged by a DEV. If it was a typo, no big deal (although 7 days to not get an answer is frustrating) if it was meant to be a discount, extend it.
