will we be getting them???? im curious to know how this will work, since that the gallante heavy isn't announced for the uprising build release, does that mean we will get them at a later date?? if so, what happens to us heavies when we have already put most of our SP into the amarr heavy suit since the gallante heavy isnt available??
this also applies for the other races of course. so what i want to know from maybe a CCP guy is that do we heavies get a refund in SP for when the heavy suits comes out?? or is there a universal heavy dropsuit skill for us? since amarr is the only race capable of having heavy suits, and once other heavy suits are introduced how will we be able to skill into the racial suits we want when we have already spent our SP into the amarr suits.  |

According to CCP Praetorian in an interview (ep 9 of Cast514) we will be seeing all racial variants of the current and future suits (light,med,crusader etc.). IF they won't be in Uprising, then in launch, if not in launch then just later, most important thing is to do them WELL both artistically and functionally.
They have said we will NOT be getting further SP respecs unless something CATASTROPHIC happens. A new suit is not catastrophe. Either save your points or deal with it when they release them.

lolololol then they should release those damn heavy suits in the uprising release, i dont want to spend my SP on amarr suits just to have them release gallante heavy suits after i have spent most of my hard earned SP on the amarr ones

In Uprising 1.0 we will get logis and assaults for all races, we will also get the Minmatar scout.
Sadly, their will be no new heavies in Uprising 1.0 (well possibly new Amarr variants), there may however be new heavies added later on - although I personally think that the first will be the Caldari heavy because every other race will have 3 suits while the Caldari only have two, and we already have an armour heavy so CCP will want to add a proper shield option |

logis and assault are both medium frame. were not just getting a varient of each suit were getting suits that do new things like a suit that is made for command. also the minmitar scout will be the fastest maybe even let u jump 6m |

Source? I haven't seen this info confirmed anywhere yet. Only that new suits are coming, and that there will be a full range "eventually" - no timeframe given. |

Eventually there will be racial answers to everything. Suits and Hulls will be matched. Weapons would have similar answers but no matches for example there wont ever be an Amarr forge gun, there maybe an amarr beam cannon to counter though. |
