As we all probably know by now, racial variants of assault and logi suits are coming next build.
We also know that they'll have their racial advantages, and how they are in eve-
(As far as I know, since I don't play eve. Going off of what a friend says)
- Minmatar- Speed
- Amarr- Armor
- Caldari- Shield
- Gallente- Drones
Obviously, we don't have infantry running around with drones as weapons (yet)
What advantage do you think Gallente suits will have in dust? I'm personally expecting them to have additional equipment slots.
RANDOM OTHER THINGAMAJIG
It's possible (but not confirmed) that the current "type" variants are placeholders for future racial variants.
My bet on what races will be made from what suits-
- Minmatar- Logistics type 2, Scout type 1
- Amarr- Heavy type 1, Assault type 1
- Caldari- Assault type 2, Heavy type 2
- Gallente- Logistics type 1, Scout type 2
Again, this thread is pure guesstimation. |

Gallente has always been damage.

But how would a Gallente dropsuit offer more damage? Would that just translate into more slots?
Looking at the example of SVER in MAG. Giving one faction more damage very difficult to balance. |

Again, this thread is pure guesstimation.
This is way too oversimplified as far as the benefits and drawbacks of certain racial ship types in Eve, and I doubt they'll follow the same suit. Frankly, ships in Eve have a tendency to bounce around between different benefits and drawbacks within the racial set of ships, so it's a bit of a moot point.
