I just got out of a Skirmish and it seemed like every 30-60 seconds I'd hop 10m in the direction I was traveling. I've had microfreezes before, but only whenever I was jumping from the MCC.
Anyone else having them? |

Just got out of another match, same map (Line Harvest), same **** happening, not as bad this time. Though this time it did occur while standing still.
Why is this happening? |

Third match in a row, Skim Junction this time, this one was the worst it has been, damn near locking up, showing up in the wrong place at the wrong time. Started a couple of firefights where it looked like the reddot froze and bulletsponged my gunfire until I was dead.
Corpie told me I was "teleporting" too. Is this happening to anyone else? |

I tried again tonight, just did 5 matches in a row. Wasn't nearly as bad though it was still flaky.
Tonight I didn't have anything on that was connected to the internet aside from my PS3 and the router. Last night I had multiple computers on, like I said, it wasn't nearly as bad though there were still several occurrences of the whole teleporting 10m. I also had a few occurrences of seeing the railgun projectile fly from the installation several seconds (3-5) after I fired it.
Seemed like it was happening when people were joining the match, though I do have to admit it was better with less connected things on.
I'm wondering if my router or PS3 is going south, I'll probably try connecting my PS3 straight into the Cable Modem, maybe that'll help.
So you gentlemen know, I am clueless when it comes to networking, for all I know, you guys sacrifice chickens to the spirits of wifi to make it work. |

Don't know if applicable to your situation, but that thing you described happens to me only if and only if my connection to internet takes a nose dive.
In my case it's caused by my wireles changing from HSDSPA to UMTS and back again and naturally resulting a temporary disconnect. OR Signal strenght weakening for some reason and therefor resulting higher ping times and packet loss. |
