This came up in IRC and figured I would ask the question here as well....
On what servers do the PC battles happen on? If I'm in NA and the oppenent is in EU, does the battle happen on ASIA or AUS servers? where exactly do the battles take place? |

As soon as the battle is scheduled to start players can join it and sit on the "waiting for deployment" for a couple of minutes. We will then pick a server that is best for the majority of the players connected before sending you to the war room to wait out the reminder of the pre-match timer.
We also have a new latency UI on the battle finder to help make the decision on which one is best suited for you and a setting in the options to select your preferred region. |

Ahhhh interesting.....
So if most people are EU battle would take place in EU or if most are AUS then AUS. Or it also seems if there is a server with a lower ping for most everyone involved. Interesting indeed |

Maybe your system will be better, but today, be aware that we experienced TWICE a full french battle corp on an other server than EU one... Don't which one it was (ASIA, AUS, NA), but it wasn't an EU one... |

Yes the current live version does not do what I described so that is sometimes expected. |
