 1) buff shield reps and extend time on shield resistance for tanks
 2) buff armor is general, make it a bit more resistant
 3) LR don't allow 4 complex damage mods
 4) loot from match should be anything, not just proto and other stuff i cant use....
 5) buff dropships.... A LOT
 6) nerf militia swarms
 7) friendly fire needs to be in another color
 8) make MCC a no sp zone
 9) make missile launchers more accurate
 10) give a passive armor rep on proto drop suits
 11) destroy the homing ability on av nades
 12) nerf flux nades
 13) fiz the isk thing, sometimes i do a semi-good match like 10 kills and get 90k isk and some times i do bad match and get like 185k isk

 2)that or reduce the speed penalty (or both)
 3) no, just fix viziam damage and make heat build up start upon hitting target, not start when you start firing

 6) maybe, but make sure all swarm launchers no longer can magically track anything. So you should be able to either evade them or have a module that can prevent (or hinder) their lock on

 5) Dropships don't need buffs. They can survive direct hits from proto forge guns if properly fit (the proto ds's, anyway)
 6) Um, militia swarms are meant to be able to take out vehicles. If you nerf them, then no one will use them, and no one will skill into them. Ergo, wholly useless weapon tree.

 8) People will stop afk farming as soon as meaningful matches get put in,
 9) They were nerfed after closed beta. Hard. No one used the other turrets, just blasters and rails. Expect a fix in uprising.
 10) Um, no. No ship in EVE gets a passive armor boost, so no dropsuit in DUST should. There shouldn't even be any discussion about this point.
 11) No. They were used as AP grenades, back in closed beta, with extraordinary damage, so people would use them and only them, instead of locus's and flux's. If you made them non-homing, then you'd have to make them be able to do damage to dropsuits. Sorry. No.
 12) Nope.
 13) Isk depends on what kind of suits you kill. Chances are if you're going 10/0 and getting 90k, you're killing only militia dropsuits. If you go 5/20, and get 200k, you're likely killing proto suits.
 
 Seriously, it seems like you've barely played the game, or been on forums. You need to look around the forums more before posting stuff like this, as all of these points have been discussed before, you really don't need to make a new thread. The search function is your friend.

 It seems like you've never flown a dropship or read about them on the forums.
 You need to get out more.
 
 The ADV dropships can tank less than the STD model, and there's no such thing as a PRO model.
 The sturdiest fit can tank one proto FG round and at that point it's ready to be taken down by an AR.
