well that is not entirely true.

1. minmatar are the jack of all trades
2. other nations adapted. minmatar and amarr also have some missile focused ships.

My character is actually Amarr but if i wanna use Missiles i fly a Caldari Tengu.

you fly the tengu because the tengu is the best and easiest to use, that is a balance issue and has nothing to do with racial weaponry.

khanid ships focus on missiles and minmatar ships have alot of missile hardpoints accross the board.

While they certainly have some of them, Caldari with the Golem, Raven, Tengu & Drake excell with them in 3 diffrent weight classes, leaving their Hybrid Caldari counterparts collecting Dust in the hangarbay.

You're also missing that this seems more "Rocket" than "Missile" though.

Micro Rocket or Mini Missile, not a whole lot of diffrence and theres not really a rocket race or a rocket as a main weapon, its a weapon for frigates but doesnt scale upwards.

Raven and excel should never go in the same sentence. And Naga would like to have a word with you about gathering Dust. To say nothing of Rokh and new Ferox.

Rockets are still a distinct weapon with its own profile.

And we're not scaling up from Frigate-mounted weapons to reach the size of a Sidearm, are we?

And yeah Raven needs fixing, but it can run missions on easy mode, at least it excells at that, Naga is fine but doesnt use Missiles does it, same for Rokh (well you could equip 4 if you wanted to gimp yourself), cant speak of the ferox, never flown it.

Amarr = Lasers
Gallente = drones
Caldari = Missiles
Minmatar = Projectile weapons
