I have had several instances now, where I have shot someone and I don't see any damage occur. Does anyone know the reason for this? I know for a fact I shot them standing still, even right at the chest, red dot, etc.

Server lag I get this all the time

I always try to account for the slaughter pixies, but shotgun rounds vanishing has been happening since the second build >_< |

I usually count my shots, keeping in mind to reload after I hit 6 (to leave a couple for a sneaky SMG scout) and I've noticed my count being off - a lot.
I blamed that on Colorado's Amendment 64.
