Possibly dumb question here... but can you burn the timer on a grenade? That is, press the button to throw a grenade, but hold the button down for a second or so such that when it lands it explodes sooner?
I hope I am explaining myself properly..

Yes you can, but it takes a little practice to get the timing right on it.
Edit: So you don't kill your self. First time I cooked a grenade I blew up, was very funny. |

flux has a different timer then locus and will still kill you if you overcook it. |

I usually throw my nades at fairly close targets and mostly all in their face. |

The fused locus grenades from the merc pack are, I think, supposed to explode on impact. No need to cook them, just aim right the first time. I'm assuming this means no bounce either -- haven't tested them out yet. |
