I usually average 5 or 6 in a skirmish match but that's because I've been really selective with my targets (snipers are such juicy things).

You must be doing it wrong.

You must be doing it wrong. Then they are glass cannon fits :P Either that or they have zero skills into shields and armor. Not hard to get past 320 HP, or 352 if you have maxed out weaponry skill. My Militia suit clocks in at about 420 HP, around that. The base HP of a militia suit + 10% from each armor/shield increase from skills = you beat the nova knives damage with weaponry maxed out. Not to mention the possible modules.
