So after debating about this for a while I have decided to leave Dust 514 as a result of the AFK farming and the SP soft cap. As someone who has just enough time each week to reach the cap, I feel cheated by those who AFK to not only reach the cap, but to gain SP far beyond it. The feeling of being unable to keep up made me stop buying boosters and now has caused me to stop playing all together. I didn't even notice I hadn't logged in all weekend. In the event of a total SP reset, I believe the result would be worse than the problem so I see no end to this problem in sight. Instead, I picture my character becoming 5mill, 10mill, even 15mill behind as the months progress.

You're just going to get trolled for this, but I feel your pain. I've sat through almost a year of this now, I think I can hold out 3 more weeks to see what changes Uprising brings.

yes who... to gain sp past the cap you need to actually play and trust me, its not a lot. |

Example:
Day 1: While I am at work you are on youtube, forums, watching tv...and have now reached the cap all while AFKING in 6 hours.
Day 2: I get a chance to log in a play for 2 hours and you get to play actively WITHOUT AFKing for only 30 minutes. I get 1/3 of the cap. You gain SP beyond the cap.
Continue the pattern for days 2-7 then rinse and repeat each week. From this example you can easily see how someone who even is AFK for 1 day of the week is able to gain SP BEYOND the cap much easier.
