Okay guys hear me out and give me your opinions as well. Alls welcome.
Now we all hate those redline snipers at Manus Peak. I have been seeing many complaints about it in the forums also. People saying to take out the redline and all. I have a better solution. On the spot F5 in Manus Peak CCP can simply make that mounatin bigger and steeper to prevent any snipers and sniper tanks to accumulate there, and I am not saying this because I get killed constantly from them but I hate to see the other team loose because they are providing nothing for their team. We are all victims of those redliners.
* Now to Line Harvest. That map is not fun to play most of the times. Why? Becaus the South team are too far away from the null cannons A & B and the north team are too close to C & D. While the south team is trying to get to A & B the north team already has captured C & D leaving them to freely capture A & B. I made a complaint aout this before and received a reply saying that south team as an advantage because they can sneak through the mountains easily. I tried going through the mountains just to figure out that the mountains provide itle to no advantage at all. It just leaves you in the open for snipers to pick you off easily. Also the CRU near B is not needed and the misplaced turrets at D & C mke them evn harder to catch because they overlook A & B an are well hidden while the turrets at A & B are in the open and can easily be destroyed. Take in not that I am placing myself on the south side. The only disadvantage that the north team has is that their spawn is way too open and when being spawned trapped they are easy kills. A solution for this is to move the south team's spawm a little closer to A & B and to put more cover on the north team's spawn.
*The Gunnlogi's shield is way to powerful while the Madrugars armour is weak. Not saying to decraese the Gunnlogi's shield if not increase the Madrugar's armour a bit. Some may agree on this topic while some may not. That's totally acceptable.
*Small railgun turrets are weak, innacurate and unrealiable. A small tweak on their accuracy and damage should do it justice.
*Small blaster turrets are good now. Just buff a little bit the damage they do and add a new crosshair. The crosshair that they currently have is horrible and way to small. It makes for inaccurate aiming.
*This one is for us Vita users out there, when will the neocom app arrive? I hate having to urn on my PS3 just to check out my skills, skill points and ISK. I am not asking for an estimated date of arrival. Just a clue on when it will be arriving.
*Please add an internal GMT clock to Dust. Sometimes I get confused between my timezone. That will help to organize corp battles easier and it will help for dedicated mercs to memorize the GMT timezone.

I'm just going to comment on the things I know about.
The only change Manus Peaks needs is an additional route to the locations that are only accessible from one side, such as the Eastern Mountain being only accessible from the south side preventing the northern team from easily getting up there. But then again, this could be a "Hometeam" advantage when PC is out, as each district will have its own map with advantages and disadvantages. Also could be fixed by having the Flight Ceiling for Aerial vehicles raised, stupid I can have a tank up there but cannot fly.
Your comment about Tanks makes me question if you are new, seen bad fits or trolling. Shield Tanks are underpowered in that area yet have mobility over Armour Tanks, Armour plates give a lot more Armour HP than Shield Extenders give for Shield HP. If anything the Gunnlogi is severely weaker compared to the Madrugar, again you've possibly only seen terrible fits, I rarely run an armour tank but when I do I have about 6500 Armor compared to my Shield Tank (With maxed out Skills) at about 5500 Shields.
Agreed, Small Railguns need a buff, they are far too weak.
Disagreed, Blasters are very effective, especially used from a stable platform (Either a tank or a DS with a good pilot). Turrets take into account the skills of both the pilot and the gunner, so it is very easy to have 50% additional Damage with both pilot and gunner with maxed Hybrid Turret skills, aswell as an additional 10% for the top end damage mods (I fit two on my Dropship btw, Anyone coming near me gets smashed.) Only a few things need to be adjusted when it comes to the other versions, Scattered need slightly higher PG/CPU, Compressed need higher damage, the rest work perfectly.
Agreed on the Clock, definitely needed for the rest of the world. |
