Eve online is a very successful PC MMO that has been going on for 10 years. It focuses on player interaction and economics, you play as a starship pilot. Dust 514 is created in the same scifi universe as EVE, and both are connected in real time. You can chat with EVE players, have mixed corporations of both EVE and Dust players, EVE players can do strikes with their ships to kill enemies for you in certain battles. |

We share the same game world and backstory and locations in both games, as well as local caht, mail systems, market, in game money, and can attack each other. Right now dust can't attack back but it will happen |

EVE is based in space it is a 10 year old game which gives it that big brother feel over dust. EVE has it's own back story and a lot of fiction goes in to it but most of it us capsuleers making our loves and stories in space. The four factions are always competeting and fighting this is sorta where Dust mercs come in. They can fight for one of the four factions but are ultimately mercenaries meaning they work for whoever has the most money. I guess this is both true for EVE and Dust working for factions is more optional so even if you choose Caldari you don't owe blood to them. |
