Today I got the five sets of rewards for last week's human endurance event. However when I went to assign them, item's I had in the list were gone and did not reappear after I had assigned the new items.
I had in my list a full set of skinweave suits, an exile AR, and and a FDU and SP suit. They were all second sets, because I Id done all the events in closed beta and participated in two of the three Uprising periods. However the fie rewards seem to have pushed out and erased the scout, assault, and logistic skinweave suits.
I was leaving them in the menu because I didn't want them on my main because a second BPO is kind of useless, and without player trading I'd be unable to move them from my main. I didn't put them on a secondary character because I don't yet have one I'm sure I won't want to biomass, thus losing the rewards completely.

Ditto, this has happened to me as well. A set of Skinweaves and a 30 day active booster for my other char :( |

I would like to note that reward items in eve have 30 days until expiration, something similar may be in the works for dust 514. |

Though while I'm aware support is the go to for lost items, this is a pretty clear bug so it'd be nice to get clear recognition of so.
So instead of having to restore items each time the bug happens (which due to the Human Endurance Event happening all this month, if I get those suits back before it's over, they're just going to be lost again), it's fixed so the bug doesn't happen at all. |

At least in EVE they say that there is an expiration date and when it is.
And btw, i-Šve never claimed any item from my merc pac or my special suits since i bought the merc pack when it launched.
SOmetimes items show up, sometimes they dissapear, but eventually they all make their way back. |

I already did.
I'm missing 25 quafe suits, emailed support and got an automated reply, no indication that it was being resolved |

Welcome to the cruel world of eve.. Note that for eve side players, it says that in their logs player side, screenshots of bugs, or anything their of that you can use to prove something; has no weight.
its in their fine print
Eve is a cruel mistress, cut your losses and move on.. if dust gets better support, well awsome for you guys, and i hope you get it :) |

I've had reports from corp members that salvage items have been disappearing/returning/replacing each other. Perhaps it's related? |

I lost my skinweave assault dropsuit from reward assignment screen severals days ago. It suck, and I don't like caldari in general, but it would be cool if you could give it back to me, thanks. |

Ha! I lost the logi - assault and scout ones !

And who knows what else, those are the only ones i keep track about. |
