As of the start of open beta. Anyone who seriously investigated this issue would have known be the start that they will be keeping their SP, ISK, Assets, Character Name. Sp allocation is subject to change as skills are revamped (added, removed, modified). And so a character may lose the places they spent SP but they will regain it as unallocated SP to spend again afterwords.

Even I tire of CCP being completely useless at keeping us interested. We're all running of fumes of things we were told LAST YEAR and have see none of or even hinted at. I really need it explained to me why CCP went open beta even. It's not even worth giving out free closed beta keys still. But really, being a LIAR and having bad game progression really takes a cake and spoils it. So I'm going to hold fast to the idea that I can still trust CCP until next build.
