The Satyr is a Tech 2 Gallentean light vehicle designed for quick strikes against enemy infantry. The Satyr shares the Methana's swiftness and features improved firepower and armor. Unlike the Methana, which has one turret, the Satyr has two. The additional turret comes in the form of a passenger's turret. It is mounted on the side of the vehicle and can turn 120-degrees in either direction. While the passenger turret cannot shoot to the left of vehicle, the main turret in the back can. This means you can either have each of them shooting in opposite directions or you can arrange the vehicle so both can shoot at the same target. It is recommended, in case one turret is more important than the other, to put the more important turret in the back. With turret optimization subroutines, the Satyr uses 50% less CPU and Powergrid for Small Turrets, allowing it to have twice the firepower without affecting other performance.

Gallente LAV Skill Bonus: +2% bonus to Hybrid Turret damage and Agility per level.
Role Bonus: -50% reduction to Small Turret CPU and powergrid usage.
Minmatar: Sever - Standard HAV Lancer - Enforcer HAV Leopard - Marauder HAV
Gallente: Dormir - Standard HAV |

Ya know, usually when people propose stuff, I hate the crap out of every single thing they said. Honestly, this side mounted turret deal doesn't sound that bad. I like it. |

Two Methanas: Nearly twice the durability, twice the number of targets, more flexible firepower. Requires four people for two guns.
One Satyr: Cannot fire both turrets in all directions. Requires three people for two guns.
Honestly I think that is pretty balanced. I mean, sure you get more firepower, but you still need another crewmate. |

Methana: Four-man crew for two mobile gun, two vehicles have to be downed to take both guns out. Satyr: Three-man crew for two mobile guns, one of which isn't as versatile.
Plus, the Satyr is a single target. Perhaps if Small Turrets got a buff it MIGHT be slightly overpowered, but not now. |
