So I have noticed a few things, and I am not sure if they are bugs or not.
1) Low Throughput Field Stabilizer II description reads, "10% bonus to hybrid turret damage" (for small hybrid turrets). However, the attributes state "Damage Bonus 12%". It also shows a 12% bonus when one fits the mod on a vehicle.
2) The Large Missile Installation has weird readings and an odd maximum range. I hit a target 412 meters away from the Large Missile Installation (I can confirm that he was about that far away, as I have used other weapons to hit targets in the same place shooting close to the area the LMI is.) The information read, "412 Meters | 0%" and I had a white target instead of a red one.
Once I fired a volley at the target, he took damage and I had red hit markers. The second volley from the LMI killed the target. I have no idea what is going on here.
3) I am not sure how passive resist modules on vehicles work (as opposed to the ones that have to be activated.) I made a thread about it here. I was not able to completely and accurately able to finish all of the tests, but it appears to be something that could be a bug. Of course, it might also be working as intended. |

Your second item I can share some thoughts on. The targeting system is very inconsistent. I can get 99% efficiency for a target that is Behind something. While in the same LRGT Installation it will give me no information on something I can get range information with a Sniper Rifle standing in front of the Turret*.
I have also had the same activity regarding suddenly appearing Red targets once I have hit a target. There are other Installations I can destroy and never see any results from. Except for the +WP on the display.
In addition, I tracked the Ninja Nerfs to Forge Guns and Large Rail Gun Turrets (in HAV or Installations) to establish their new range limits. The Nerf limited LRG to 599m but targeting will still indicate 99% with a Red target if within 650m and even much longer distances on some Installations.

* I suspect this is some small part of the Snipers are bullet proof problem when they are at extreme distances. The target will actually not be visible but it will display a non-zero efficiency. |

Yah, I just thought that the Large Missile Installation is exceptionally odd because no other missile turret seems to have that range. The missiles always explode at a distance of less than 200m
