The Chribba is correct. You asked this on a public forum.
Besides, anybody paying attention here, on Twitter and IRC knows the answer. There will be a full SP refund on May 6th due to the dramatically different skill tree. Nothing else has been announced for a reset or refund. |

No character resets. Only a refund, i.e. all the SP you invested in skills will be given back to you, as well as the isk invested in those skillbooks. |

Ugh there was a DEV sticky about this...
Basically they wont reset your skill points back to zero unless there is some catastrophic, the servers all explode, the hamsters get a union, type thing happens.
They have already stated that you will get your skill points back with the new release to be re-spent how you wish |

LOL, hamsters git a union was funny and the SP WILL git refunded so if you skilled into anything you don't like then you'll git a second chance, to bad there isn't a second chance about that night in Puerto Rico. |
