Restock Glitch - Lost 3mill ISK

Marama Kai Immobile Infantry 0	Posted - 2013.04.05 22:57:00 - [1] - Quote Ok, so I was attempting to restock my tank buying 2 sets, restocking "finished" but i only received half of the restock (Only got 2 small turrets, and a couple of modules) The rest of the stuff didnt get restocked. I figured it must not have gone through right, and that i had only been charged for what i had received, so i attempted to restock again, once again, i only got partial of the restock, but charged full amount. I tried a third time, this time everything was restocked, and that is when i actually realized i was charged for full restocks when i only had partial restocks. Im down 3mill isk and i now have odd amounts of everything. Also it says the fitting is invalid even though everything seems to be there. Can i please get a refund for 6 of my tanks please. (Take all of the tank stock away, i was sitting on 0s around the table for all modules and what not when i restocked)

If Im going to lose suits, at least let me loose them in game or at least give me my ISK back.

That is exactly what im getting at, reimbursements for the stock i didnt get :P Since they are glitches, their records would be messed up; so no proof of purchase. No refunds. D;

Restocking dropsuits, restocked 2 variants, then while trying to restock the third got an error message. Only so many market purchases allowed per minute, please wait however many seconds. So I waited, then tried to repurchase my suit again, got the same error but the timer had increased, not decreased. Tried a third time and failed again. 500k ISK down, no items.

Eleanore de Blank IMPSwarm Negative-Feedback 4	Posted - 2013.04.22 12:06:00 - [13] - Quote This bug has its place with dropsuit fitting restocking too. It's very easy to reproduce: 1. Create a fitting with two or more equal items in different slots (ie. 3xComplex Damage Modifiers or 2xComplex Shield Extenders). 2. Go to dropsuit fittngs menu, select that fitting and choose restock option for the entire fitting. 3. In the restocking menu you will see summary price of all the items in fitting. It's calculated correctly and with regard to multiple items of same type and grade. Choose to restock 100 pieces. 4. After some wait time you will see all the items in dropsuit restocked - except those that have multiple instances. But you will loose ISK as if you bought them. Considering the fact, that if you restock only few pieces, system works fine and all your items in all item slots are restocked (so if you are restocking for 2 pices, you'll receive 6 Complex Damage Modifiers or 4 Complex Shield Extenders in above examples), I think the reason of this bug is 100 pieces limitation on one purchase operation. If it is exceeded for some item, you'll get nothing.

Both the ones you got and the ones you paid for but didn't receive. They should be able to resolve this. The comment from Eleanore de Blank was perfect in that any QA tester or Dev should be able to replicate this bug. Replication is the first step to getting it fixed. When the restock fails I have learned to stop. No more purchases doing it the same way. I will go in and try to restock each item at a time. If that fails as well then I go to the Market and purchase items from there. This also works when I get the error message stating that the Market is not available.
