I do think CCP need to be more pro-active with their release of infomation. There is a ton of console FPS players that will never touch the forums or dig deep enough to know what they need to.
The forum URL should be metioned alot more in game. |

CCP could post a giant banner over the forums and at game login and we'll still have multiple active threads questioning it and people freaking out on May 6th when their skills are all refunded.
