Okay I know this is radical but lets talk about a global SP cap. boosters don't increase it only help you reach it quicker. This will eliminate passive SP boosters for obvious reasons. Okay here's the kicker, you can grind after you reach the global cap. so you can get an edge with active playing and you go past the global cap (lol).
I think this is a pretty good idea. narbs can catch up quicker, good players can't progress that much more than anyone else.
Oh if you fall behind by a week for example you lose some of your boosted cap. |

They never added something like that to Eve, they won't ever add it to Dust, it takes 2-3 months to become capped at a single proffesion, afterwards you don't grow more powerfull and it's down to how fast someone blows trough his Isk's to keep his gear using in check. |
