i think that essence will be involved. there's quite a lot of eve history in "old man star", a very pvp active low-sec faction warfare system. |

that would be... i don't know how many tens of thousands of planets. it will be a small percentage of space in the beginning. |

I saw a good case for Genesis a while back (especially with regards to this), but Essence is also a good possibility. |
