Heavies will have less recoil when firing light weapons then other suits do (slightly less recoil) |

this should probably be added to the other 500 threads about buffing/nerfing heavies.
But I think for us to buff heavies, we should add bacon. |

Everything is better with bacon
Included as Heavy only equipment. Can be thrown or eaten. |

Oh, and just wanted to point out I'm not a heavy player...at all.
still with buffing heavies.... And now they should get an advantage for using weapons that arent supposed to be their weapon of choice.

I do fine with my Heavy fit now. The thought of a buff gives me a chub. |

I always think of the heavy as a class that use any weapon. Why should they be limited to just heavy weapons? |

This reminds me of when I was a kid and played D&D. We had a guy who played a full plate knight and dual wielded daggers. He thought he looked awesome. We thought he was an idiot. |

Surely dual swords would have been much more effective. |

Me neither, but in most games daggers are more effective from behind. Heavy armor means you're slow and can take a lot of damage, which kinda leads to as big a weapon as possible. Oh, that's relevant to our discussion! What a circle. |

Oh, that's relevant to our discussion! What a circle. Makes sense, and it would totally invalidate my argument IF you didn't see heavies using other weapons all the time. |

where did i ever said they shouldnt be able to use them ? Said they arent supposed to be the first choice for a heavy. And with the very smart suggestion from the OP of giving less recoil to heavies using light Weapon, they would become first choice.

Wait for the new build. Armour waffling could be a huge advantage for heavies; a little speed goes a long way. |

This again? really?
Heavies are fine. The only buff they need in to not allow bad people to use then and think it's an easy way to be good.
On another note. Armor waffling will be nice. The only reason I put heavies down for a while was there terribad speed.

I hardly ever die to heavies, and I die a lot. So perhaps they do need a buff. Sure, they scare me when they manage to close the distance, but then I just run away. I think their primary function is to mow down fodder, so it's understandable that they should struggle with experienced players. |
