Demolitions skill Level 2, it's right at the top of the skills.
Level 1 lets you use Remote Explosives, level 2 lets you use Proximity Explosives.
Go to the marketplace, equipment, remote explosives, and they should be there.
This is off of memory, so I'm sorry if that's not right. |

what do proxy explosives do? do they automatically blow up when a person comes close?? i ask this because of killzone3

proxy mines only go off on vehicles running near or over them or when shot. |

Proximity Explosives only work against vehicles. As of right now, there are no automatic explosives for infantry. Currently the most common use for Remote Explosives is to put them on objectives that you control. When the objective starts to be hacked, you can detonate the explosives and usually get the kill (and stop the hack).
Back in the day, RE's armed almost instantly, and you could toss them pretty far. You could practically use them as a main weapon, it was the lulz |

Those who know the market like the back of their hands would probably tell you that proxy explosives exist at Demolitions Level II with a Meta Level of 1, as well as Demolitions Level V with a Meta Level of 7. They're not only upper tier, there are standard proximity explosives as well. |
