i see those hav tanks for aurum on psn... they're really freaking good... better than a lot of tanks i can biuld... watch it with the pay to win stuff! this isn't too bad atm, but those tanks are pretty darn strong.
i'm not really upset about this, but you're making me a little nervous ccp. :/ |

Those tanks are pretty decent tbh. I took one out using a Sica and standard modules. Which is the equivalent of the paid ones. |

i was told one of them had like 7k shields and 2k armor... i assumed this to be true as i had no reason to doubt the source, and if it is then i stand by what i said.

I've made Sica's with 8k shields, and 3k Armor. |

They are not pay to win at all
They have as many slots as milita tanks do, only diff CPU/PG stats
Compared to the basic tanks you cant really build awesome tanks, you can build better than milita tanks |

Most of the pre fitted stuff on them is junk honestly.
But what really makes a difference is with the armor one. It has like 1200 more powergrid over the soma, with the same slot layout on it. This can make a big difference in the amount of buffer you can get between the two tanks considerably.
With the CreoDron tank I've got 2 best 180 mm plates, plus best heavy armor repper, with best blaster that my gunnery skills will allow right now. I can't get 9500 armor hp on a soma right now.
Edit: Added some bits about the shield tank.
But with the shield one, I've read that you can get almost the exact same fitting on the sica with good skills. Can't say from personal experience as I haven't really messed around with shield tanks. |

shield one is crap compared to the armor one, i easy can get the creodron to 2k shields and 9k armor with extra pg left over. but when fighting another tank it comes down to three D's distance, defense and or damage. |

i made one like that with a armor repper(heavy) and shield booster(heavy) |
